Legal
Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by Stratus Cloud Protect to answer common privacy questions about our service. The practices described below reflect our current, app-level controls. They are not an independent certification or legal advice.
1. What we collect
We collect information needed to deliver your cybersecurity subscription: account details (name, email, phone, business name), billing information, device and security-assessment data you provide, and support correspondence. We do not collect more than is necessary for the service you have chosen.
2. How we use your data
We use your information to provide protection, generate your security reports, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate Stratus Cloud Protect (for example, payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, and security-vendor integrations). A current list of subprocessors is available on request by emailing security@stratuscloud.co.za.
4. Security measures
We use authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, and routine monitoring to protect your data. Security is a shared responsibility: you are also responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us at security@stratuscloud.co.za and we will respond as promptly as we can.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will notify you through the app or by email where appropriate.
7. Contact us
For privacy questions or data requests, email us at security@stratuscloud.co.za.
